Paul Howard - Owner
I began my career in the gas industry 10 years ago when I joined British Gas as an apprentice. After a year of intense training I qualified as a service fitter which allowed me to maintain and service gas appliances.
After showing good aptitude early on, the company decided to progress me up to a fully qualified Technical Engineer where I was working on breakdowns, fault finding on boilers and systems and system design and installation. I also carried out my City and Guilds qualifications to work on unvented cylinders and installations as well as passing the necessary accreditations to work on LPG gas.
After being promoted to a technical Engineer, a position arose to become an upgrade engineer for the company. This enabled me to progress further and work on system upgrades, boiler upgrades and powerflushing.
All of the above experience has helped me to become a highly skilled engineer who is able to advise and help people in the most appropriate way. I take great pride in my work and place a great deal of value in customer service and satisfaction. It’s more than just completing a job, it’s about ensuring that as a customer, you receive expert professional advice.
